What we collect
We collect the e-mail address you give us when you buy a book or claim a free chapter, plus the name you provide at checkout and the order details needed to deliver your files. Payment card details are handled entirely by PayPal or Stripe — we never see or store them.
How we use it
Your e-mail is used to deliver your downloads, send receipts and — only if you opted in — share new releases and free chapters. We never sell or rent your information.
Cookies
We use a small session cookie to remember your cart and sign-in, and Google Analytics to understand which stories readers love. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by e-mailing contact@heartbeattales.com. We respond within 30 days.
