Refund & Returns Policy

Our happiness guarantee

Digital downloads are normally non-refundable, but we want you to love what you read. If a file will not open, is corrupted, or is not the book you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you in full.

How to request a refund

E-mail contact@heartbeattales.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.

What we cannot refund

We cannot refund after a book has been fully downloaded and read unless the file itself is faulty, because the product cannot be returned.
